Requirements
Minimum of 3 months internship and 1 year full-time experience in UX design at a reputable agency or product-centric startup.
Demonstrable portfolio showcasing expertise in consumer-facing apps, SAAS, or B2B enterprise software.
Strong foundation in typography, interaction design, and visual ideation.
Proficiency in wireframing, interface design, and user flows.
Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, InVision, XD, Figma, and Overflow. Knowledge of UI animation is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills for interactions with international clients and colleagues.
Demonstrated humility, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback graciously.
Genuine passion for design and a generous, curious spirit.
