UX/UI design solutions for Fossil’s digital platform, crafted by Ungrammary.

Fossil Group brought Ungrammary on board to unify its brand assets experience across digital platforms spanning seven APAC regions. The existing involvement of numerous local design agencies resulted in a fragmented brand representation. The objective was to closely monitor and audit the digital platforms for ossil and other portfolio brands in 7 countries across 34 Digital platforms. The Regions include India, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.

  • Brand auditing for 30+ digital platforms of Fossil and produces comprehensive audit reports. We constantly coordinate with Fossil's marketing team to share feedback and reports to improve their brand presence across all the digital platforms.
     

  • Mapping the brand alignment of Fossil with the brand guidelines pointers across all digital platforms. Capability mapping helps us to check that the digital platforms are used to their fullest to communicate about the brand.
     

  • We make sure that the season launch and festive launch are on time and uniform across the all-digital platform. Once the celebrity/ influencer contract is approved or terminated, it is the responsibility of the agency to make sure that all the creatives in the digital public domain are aligned according to the new contract and product guidelines.
